How much does pressure washing cost?
It depends on the size and condition of the surface, so we quote every job individually. Estimates are always free and no-pressure — most quotes go out the same day you ask.
What's the difference between pressure washing and power washing?
For driveways, patios, and sidewalks they're effectively the same thing — high-pressure water cleaning. We use professional surface cleaners that wash concrete evenly, without the stripes a wand alone leaves behind.
Will it damage my concrete or fence?
No — we match the equipment and pressure to the surface. Concrete gets a surface cleaner at the right pressure; fences and more delicate surfaces get a gentler wash.
Do I need to be home during the wash?
Not necessarily — we just need access to an outdoor water spigot. We do like to finish every job with a quick walk-through so you can approve the results, but we can handle that with photos if you're away.
